Iowa City: The Prairie Press, 1956. Hardcover. Small 4to. Green cloth with gilt spine lettering, dust jacket. 74pp. Fine/near fine. Jacket lightly age toned and showing faintest of edgewear. Splendid, tight copy of this elegant verse collection. Unlike most copies, the colophon at rear (which does not specify limitation) has been boldly signed by that noted fine press's founder, Carroll Coleman. In addition to writing poetry, Swallow (1915-66) was an academic and editor and founder of Alan Swallow Press.
