Longman, Hurst, Rees and Orme,. Hardback. Handsomely bound early edition of this Gothic classic by Mrs Radcliffe , sadly lacking volume IV. Sixth edition. Three copper plate engravings. Full leather binding in red. Raised bands with decorations to compartments both blind stamped and gilt. Gilt ruled borders to boards with decorative corner pieces also in gilt. Gilt to all edges. Three volumes only, volume IV is missing. Slightly sunned to spine. Bindings are tight and square. Leather has some light scuffing and occasional minor marks. Some slight discolouration to endpapers. Clean and sound. Good+ set . Hardback. 1806.
