Heavy cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages are loose. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Heavier to first and last few pages. Water staining to first and last few pages, text remains unaffected. Previous owner's inscription and green staining to front free endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends causing fraying to cloth. Tear to middle of spine. Water staining and paper residue to front board. Staining overall.
