This is a Very Good (Minus) copy of the First Edition (stated).. Black cloth binding with titling on the spine and front cover in pink and mauve. Clean text; 318 pages. Two Appendices omprise pages 265-318. Endpapers are a map of New Orleans/Storyville. A sold copy, but some spots of white residue on the front cover (label removal?). In an archival plastic protector.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good (Minus)/No Jacket. Illus. by David Stone Martin. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
