[Chicago?]: the author, 1921. Pamphlet. 44p., wraps. 7.25 x 3.75 in. Ink stamp on front cover: "Not copyrighted." Small tear on fore-edge of rear cover, otherwise Very Good. The author aims to show how to alleviate unemployment, engage in massive public works projects, and end taxes in the United States. Addresses economic conditions after World War I. The author wrote several works espousing his theories on money and inflation (which reviewers of the time noted as impractical but entertaining to read). This tract rare, with WorldCat reporting only two locations (February 2024).
