New York: Harper and Brothers, 1957. Later printing. Hardcover. Fine/near fine. Octavo, 295pp. A fine, crisp copy in a near fine dust jacket, a tinge sunned on the spine, though less than usual. A few nicks and creases to the extremities. SIGNED and warmly INSCRIBED by Flanner on the front free endpaper: "To my dear and affectionately esteemed friend, of long years together, Devotedly, Janet. New York. May 1957." Code "B-G" on the title page, but no statement of first edition, indicating an early printing. Uncommon signed, and a rather nice copy, to boot.
