Sobre este item
New York, NY: The Viking Press, 1967 The Viking Press, New York. 1967. Hardcover. Book Club Edition. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition; VG. DJ: VG; chipping and small missing piece to jacket at head of spine; closed tear on rear top; age browning. Green boards and spine with bright black lettering on spine and author initials on front board in black. Tinted text block top. 183 pp small 8vo. This is a collection of twelve stories drawing on human relationships that all have a sexual nature in the meeting. But more than that, the characters are drawn from all ages, all sexes, and several nationalities with the tone grotesque, ironic, near tragic, or even farcical. All of these stories show the author's warm-hearted concern for the men and women who are the actors in these "comedies". A clean presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
