Housed in a bespoke half morocco solander case. Inscribed by Roald Dahl in black ink on the front free endpaper "Johanna / Love / Roald Dahl". Provenance: Private UK collection (Signed by the author for the recipient in person at Waterstones bookshop in Bath, 1988).
