Interior - a previous owner has added some information to a few of the family trees - one or two minor pencil notes elsewhere, the blank top 2 1/2" of the forward page has been removed, a very small sticker mark on the forward page. Exterior - very light soiling and browning to the covers, one tang of the top staple is bent and does not penetrate all of the pages - pages are holding well, two tears on the rear cover at the hinge locations have been archivally taped, light edge wear - mainly on the spine, some wear at the top/bottom of the spine.. Not Signed. Soft Cover. Good+.
