The book is undated, but a presentation bookplate attached to the back of the front cover is dated 1881. A previous owner's name is inscribed on the first page. All page edges gilt. 605 pages + 10 prelims. 265 b/w engravings. Dark red cloth boards. Condition: The cover is a little rubbed and worn, but the hinges are sound. Every book is sent in a rigid cardboard posting box.. Hard Cover. Good. 19 Cm x 13.5 Cm.
