The book is signed on the half-title p. "Aug 31/54, With warm personal regards, C.A. Willoughby." On the f.f.e.p. is the signature of the former owner of the book, the great historian & author "Gordon W. Prange." A great autograph combination. Prange had served in occupied Japan as head of MacArthur's G-2 historical section. Cloth bound hard cover book in v.g. cond. The price clipped d/w shows some discoloration & wear at the head of the spine hence only fair cond. It is basically all there just sl. discolored from age. There are a few pencil check marks in the text possibly from Prange (?).
