Contemporary full polished blue calf prize binding by Crossley & Clarke, Harrow, with extensive gilt decoration to the spine, red spine label, gilt tooling to leather edges. All edges marbled to match end papers. Binding very good with a little rubbing to edges and joints. Contents clean and tight, very little foxing to the first and last free papers only, no inscriptions or annotation. A very handsome prize binding..
