Condition is Near Fine: completely clean & bright save for noticeable foxing to top outside page edges. Binding tight & square, hinges secure. Pages creamy white & unmarked except for a large stamp inside front cover from USPS. Corners crisp. The unclipped DJ, with orig. $7.50 price intact to lower corner of front flap, is VG+: bright & colorful with very mild edgewear, but a few darkened/soiled spots; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover Free!
