Very Good. 8vo., (7)241pp. Sharp First Trade Edition, bound in green cloth with titles in gilt on spine and in gilt on front board with a gilt-edged red first initials. Top edge gilt. A couple of dozen illustrations including tissue-guarded frontis. Square, tight and clean throughout with some fairly mild wear to spine ends, edges and tips. Spine a bit dulled. Light soiling but no foxing. Frontis tissue guard partially torn. A solid collectable copy at a great price. ( BAL #9762).
