Gilt and raised banding to spine, with gilt decorations, and lettering to maroon leather spine label. Original plain endpapers. In very good condition. Professionally rebacked with later leather to spine. Boards with some darkening, rubbing bumps. Some surface scratches to rear board. Bookplate to front endpaper “Clifford Cyril Scott” Some darkening to endpapers and title page. Some light foxing and handling marks to pages. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 94pp. Illustrated with 14 full-page copper-engraved B&W plates (2 large fold out plates of Coffin & Funeral Car). With Facsimile plate of hand written Nelson letter.
