A little bumping and rubbing to the corners only. viij pp., [1 f., translator's note], 413 pp. ; [2 ff.], 401 pp. Six folding aquatints of Irish scenes. Complete. Small neat ink owner's name to front of both. John Carr, was a British barrister and traveller, who published many accounts of his adventures in Northern Europe, and in France and the Balearic Islands. Overall a lovely example of this work. 200 x 130 mm (7¾ x 5 inches). 1ère édition française, celle-ci a été publiée pour la première fois en anglais en 1806. Deux volumes. Plein cuir avec étiquettes rouges et titre doré sur étiquettes au dos. Un peu de choc et de frottement aux coins seulement. viij pp., [1 f., note du traducteur], 413 pp. ; [2 sqq.], 401 pp. Six aquatintes dépliantes de scènes irlandaises. (Compléter). Petit nom du propriétaire à l'encre soignée devant les deux. John Carr, poète et voyageur britannique, a publié de nombreux récits de ses voyages dans le nord de l'Europe, en France et aux Baléares.
