Third volume (of three), the preceding two volumes devoted to Southern Palestine and Jerusalem, and Central Palestine and Phoenicia respectively. xxxiv, 712pp, with 147 illustrations, some full page and some in text, and complete with two fold-out maps of the region, as called for. Handsome volume in dark olive cloth boards with black and gilded lettering and decoration front and spine, border rules. Black endpapers. Title page printed in red and black. (Boards are a little worn at edges, lightly rubbed at corners and around spine joints, mildly marked. Endpapers are dust marked at edges and have a few tiny chips in colouring, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Just about very good condition. Tall 8vo. A large and heavy volume which will likely require an additional charge for overseas shipping.
