This copy with signature of author below his name on title page; uncommon thus. ; 6" x 8-1/2"; xvi, 387 pp; Signed by Author; Light edgewear to boards, prior owner name inked to reverse of front free endpaper with ink bleed to half title on adjacent leaf, paper lightly toned at edges, text clean and unmarked. .

Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
