The author brings this most eccentric of American folk heroes to life, providing the reader with both the legend and the reality. The book is bound in speckled ivory boards with a green spine and die-stamped gilt spine titles. The book measures 6 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches and includes 320 pages, with Index.
