Both hinges cracked, binding remains reasonably tight. 1/ inch open tear at top of both gutters and bottom of front gutter. Rubbing along panel edges. Foxing along last 2 end pages. Pages pliable and fairly unmarked considering age. ; 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall .
