Illustrated with black and white reproductions. With a list of sources. Index. Bound in full coral cloth with black lettering stamped on spine. In the dust jacket, which is rubbed and has slight soiling on the upper rear panel. This edition totally revises chapters on the 20th c. The Barry Martin dust jacket design is very much in an Alvin Lustig style. Dust jacket is now preserved in a clear, removable archival sleeve.

All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description.
