Paris: Herbert Clarke, 1924. 246 pages + prelims + ix index. 7 b/w plates (one of which is loose) and 6 maps (one being a fold-out). Red cloth boards. Condition: The spine surface colour has faded, and there is some rubbing to the edges. An obituary to the author is pasted to the first page, and there is also a previous owner's bookplate. There sre some small pencilled ticks through the text. Every book is sent in a rigid cardboard posting box.. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 22 cm x 14 Cm.
