Sobre este item
Honolulu: The Hawaiian Mission Children's Society, 1981. Pamphlet. 48p., pamphlet, softbound in 9x6 inch staple-fastened wraps, illustrated with profuse b&w photos from the show, these extensively captioned, plus a few period family photos. Very good copy, just a little dust and a faint small stain to covers. Missionaries taught quilting, which islanders avidly took up as an art form, temperatures in Hawaii (and also in Tahiti, tangentially discussed) not requiring thick coverlets for sleeping.
