Chicago: U.S. Publishing House, 1882. Hardcover. Fair. Carefully revised, with additional matter, by Chas. A. Gaskell, A. M. Fair condition. Decorative red cloth boards with marbled edges. The covers have minor wear and the spine and back cover are stained. Edges are very worn but the marbling is still visible. The interior is clean with minimal yellowing and no staining or foxing. The front endpages are missing. There is an incription on the inside front cover and faint marks on the title page but otherwise the interior is unmarked. The binding is in poor condition, coming away from the front and back. See pictures. Includes 27 chapters on various homebuilding topics. 644pp, including index. June box 1
