Slight bumps to top corners, absolutely minimal rubs, very slight marks to boards. No other visible faults. VG+* Jacket condition: Text illustrated dust wrapper, dark blue titles to spine and face. Pale blue thick marbled paper. Not price clipped showing a shelf price of 20/- to spine. Some minor age wear to top and bottom edges with age darkening to spine. Now in clear un-attached protective wrapper. VG.* Contents condition: PRIVATE COPY NOT EX-LIBRARY. Neat, small, owners name to ffep. Clean, crisp, tight and bright with no reading wear, no marks to text, no tanning or other visible faults. Slight toning & spotting to all edges. VG+* Illustrations: A couple of b/w line drawn illustrations in the introduction.* Pages: 592 pp. text. xvi pp. index & blank pages at rear.* Description: Originally forming part of Bentham and Hooker's British Flora (1858), this separate work was produced for the new printing as the Handbook of The British Flora by Bentham and Hooker, first published in 1880 this is the 7th. edition. The second volume contains the illustrations which were included in the original.* A NEAR VG++ text copy with only minor age and wear in a VG dust wrapper & with a clear un-attached protective library jacket.*
