The dust jacket shows minor overall shelf wear with some very, very light edge wear along the spine top and bottom edges plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. A collection of stories that describes the author's experiences spent courting lawyers and landowners in his efforts to find people willing to donate land to the Nature conservancy. 195p..
