N.Y.: Mitchell Kennerley, 1912 Book. Very Good. Original Cloth. Inscribed and Signed By Author. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Original maroon cloth on boards, no DJ. Gilt spine lettering. Minor foxing, OW very good. Inscribed on FFEP "To Percy McKaye with friendship, Edwin Bjorkman, 4-24-1919."
