Illustrated, very thick octavo, pp xvi, 704, one page badly opened with tear to the margins, original blue cloth, gilt decorated, rubbed, the spine very poor, cracked and weak, the rear joint broken, the front and rear hinges repaired with thick tape, the hinge at the end of the index completely broken, though the remaining text block is firm. With the label of the Battersea Salesian College. A working copy, but could be repaired. [A heavy book - extra postage will be needed.]. Second edition. Cloth. Poor.
