Signed by the author on the ffep as follows: "Cordially yours/George Miksch Sutton/". There is a gift inscription inside the front cover not by the author. Page 55 has a very slight tear at the bottom of the page. Dust jacket has two small tears at the bottom of the front cover and wear at the head and tail of the spine. A very serviceable copy.
