Signed by Author(s) Type: Book 1894 First Edition Hardcover/Signed By Author/B & W Illustrations/221 Pages/Decorative Cloth. The cover has very minor shelfwear and only on the spine. The corners and edges are excellent for its age.There are two whitish flecks on the lower spine. The pages are clean & crisp, though lightly aged around the margins. The binding is intact though the frontispiece and tissue overlay has hinge separation. Three of the plates are loose. There is evidence of a bit of tape having been removed from the inner front cover, and a small corner pencil erasure on the FEP. There isn't any writing or marking in the text.
