Publishers brown waxed cloth, decoratively blocked in gilt and black. Would be graded as good condition but the gutta-percha has perished, as usual in this edition, leaving the leaves loose. Slightly foxed, to first and last leaves mostly. All edges gilt. Illustrated with 30 engraved plates of Belgian buildings and scenery, each with an accompanying leaf of description.
