Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Front end paper is becoming loose at the top. Fold out map slightly edge creased. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding shaky. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Moderate tanning to spine. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
