Stanford University Press, 1961. Hardback. Very Good/Fair. First edition second printing hardback, 1961, with unclipped jacket. Ex. College library book, a couple of the usual stamps and labels, no pages removed. In overall good-to-very good used condition in a fair dj with minor signs of age, handling and storage - dj generally worn and chipped to edges with a couple of repairs (now protected). Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read; no annotations or inscriptions; text, map and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.
