This is a beautfiully produced book by the Easton Press in genuine full blue leather with raised spine bands and with 24 karat gold spine and cover decorations. All edges are gilt and there is also a blue silk bookmark. The end papers are decorated. Printed on archival quality paper. This is the Collector's Edition. Known for its quality bindings, this would be a beautiful addition to any library. This is nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings--no bookplates, either. No dust jacket, as issued. Publisher's original prospectus laid loosely in. Appears to have been unread and shelved since new. There is no rubbing, marks or dents to the covers.; Leather-bound Library of American History Series; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 472 pages .
