Octavo. 126pp. Bound in dark brown half morocco and pebbled cloth over boards, gilt spine with raised bands, cream yellow endpapers, edges sprinkled red. Owner's name in ink on front free endpaper. Ex-library with bookplate on front pastedown and small label at lower left corner of front cover on the pebbled cloth, else no other markings. Rubbing and some wear at corner tips and along the joints, moderate scattered foxing, very good. A scarce, early American edition featuring fine letterpress printing, in an attractive 19th century binding.
