Sauk City, WI: Arkham House, 1963. First Edition thus. Hardcover. Fine/near fine. Octavo, 431pp. A crisp, clean copy in the publisher's black cloth, about fine. Front inner hinge gnetly starting, but holding and not cracked. Contents fresh. In a near fine dust jacket (with $5.00 printed price), with some shallow wear to the spine ends. Very small pinhole (smaller than an appleseed) at the rear fore-edge, and some gentle age-toning to the jacket extremities. A very nice copy of this first printing of this Lovecraft collection, one of 3000 copies per the colophon. Uncommon in the first printing.
