The verso of the title-page a fine bold ink inscription to Mr Thomas Blapon [?]. for his professional help. June 1856 from the author. The litho plates are all uncoloured and in fine condition. The green cloth embossed binding is very fine with dec. gilt titles to the matching spine. PLEASE EMAIL FOR PHOTOS. This is the first comprehensive treatment of the breast and the author was awarded THe Jacksonian Prize for his work in this subject area in 1848. A beautiful copy..
