London, : Cassell and Company.. Hardback. Good/No jacket. Cassell's Red Library series. 5 x 7.25. 402 pages. Some soiling to bright red cloth-covered boards and fading to spine although gilt title still bright. Spine cover has cracked away from rear board slightly but is still fully attached. Some signs of handling and shelfwear. No jacket. Binding tight although boards, while still attached, are loose and the binding mesh is visible. No inscriptions but stamp for Cafe Royal on front pastedown. Some tanning to page edges and some mild foxing. Text is clean and bright. A good, readible copy of this exciting story, with a handsome cover that would grace any bookshelf.
