The Coyote's Cry is a book by American author, Jackie Merritt in The Coltons series. Comanche County Sheriff, Bram Colton has loved beautiful Jenna Elliot since he first saw her, but he knows just how her father, Carl feels about anyone with Comanche blood. Bram just watches from afar and tries not to spend his time thinking about her. But now his Grandmother, Gloria Colton, needs 24 hour nursing care, and Jenna is in his house all day, every day, impossible to ignore.
Jenna has loved Bram forever, but he seems indifferent to her. She jumps at the chance to nurse his grandmother, hoping to force the issue and make him notice how she feels. And that works, but not quite how she planned. As part of a series, there are some ongoing Colton family issues that advance but are not completely resolved. A sweet, sexy romance that was just a bit too long.
