Country Life / George Newnes, 1899. First Edition. Hardcover. Good Condition/not applicable. Bound volume for the second half of 1900 ie issues from July 7th to Dec. 29th. Good, clean copy in binder's half calf and marbled paper boards. Binding generally rubbed, all joints sound, text block tight, A little light foxing around the first and last leaves. No inscriptions or bookplates. First section of the volume is the 856 pages of the magazine's articles, second section has the many advertisement sections grouped together - about 200 further pages, many b/w plates throughout.
