Her chefs include Charlie Palmer, Emeril Legasse, Andre Soltner, Jeremiah Tower, Lidia Bastianich, Michel Richard, and Nancy Silverton, among others. Very light foxing to endpapers, otherwise fine, in publisher's coated stock, decorated boards. In a fine, unclipped dust jacket. Laid-in is a Typed Postcard, signed by Child, to author Michael Coe, regarding fly-fishing, and with a "5x7" black and white press photo (uncredited) of Julia fly fishing on the Laerdal River in Norway.
