A Worldcat search finds an entry for this earlier publication but reports being unable to get information about libraries that hold this item. Uncommon, perhaps even rare in the earlier printing. ; Light soiling to wraps, somewhat rusted staples, prior owner stamp to front cover, pages show light creases from handling, text is clean and unmarked. .
