Green cloth with red leather spine and tips, gilt title and author lightly rubbed at center front, 196 pages plus House Plan Supplement with 59 illustrations of floor plans and finished homes. Leather spine is badly damaged at top and bottom but title and publisher info still in place. All tips badly worn with slight rubbing to undamaged portions. Fair Copy.
