Index plates and plans all collated to index. Blue cloth w blindstamp lettering to cover, gold lettering to spine. No wear to covers or spine. Binding square and sound. Illustrated DJ is clean, however previous owner has neatly trimmed top and bottom edges w masking tape (3/8") to guard against edgewear and reinforced backside of the spine and fore edges the same (not visible). Octavo. Fourth printing, 1975, of the second (new) edition of 1948. stated.
