Old library plate (Kennet & Avon Workmen's Library) to front pastedown and old owner's inscriptions to endpapers (Thos Hocking). Pages occasionally lightly foxed or stained. Bound in blindstamped brownish cloth, now worn, with gilt title and date to spine. Notable for containing period accounts of travels and events in Ireland, Scotland, India, Canada, and account of an Indian family in the Oregon Territory (174) and contemporary discussions of the Irish Potato Famine (293).
