N.Y.: G. W. Dillingham Company Publishers , 1906. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Original pictorial cloth, 264 pages, + ad, frontis, sepia illustrations by Charles M. Russell, minor wear, minor edge wear to the rare Dillingham jacket which may have been trimmed as it is about 1/8 inch short on the cover, but may have originally been that way. This Popular Edition is the third Dillingham issue denoted by the black lettering on the cover and having the dust jacket. The second and third issues are identical with the exception of the jacket according to Yost and Renner 21a. The first edition was published by Street & Smith in 1904 with as few as 6 copies being found, many incorrectly list the Dillingham printing as the first edition. .
