Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Scattered foxing, but text mostly clean. Dust Jacket worn at edges, small chips and tears, and is foxed here and there. Previous owner's signature, pencil. Edges very slightly spotted or marked. The book is available and will be PACKAGED professionally, DISPATCHED promptly and a TRACKING NUMBER will be advised by Australia Post.. This book is filled with recipes considered to represent the best traditional Chinese cooking. It is written by a chef that has set about including recipes that aren't known anymore. All recipes (500 of them) are easy to follow and include ingredients that were readily available in the US in 1952. The book is rated as fair condition.
