Clean red leather boards with gold ram and decorative line border on cover and spine. Small spot of wear to lower spine gutter. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. All page edges gilt, with black silk endpapers, sewn-in ribbon book marker. No previous owner names or markings. Illustrated with many full color photographs by the author. "An Asian Hunting Heritage Book." Introduction by Jim Rikhoff. No slipcase. 269 pages. Book covers the period from July, 1980 (the author's first exploratory expedition to Western China) through October and December expeditions in the same year, plus return trips in May, 1981 and June, 1985..
