Books bound in original red cloth, gilt still bright, top edges gilt, bindings & hinges tight. No labels, inscriptions, nor markings. Frontis in each volumes with illustrations throughout. Dust jackets age darkened with edge wear/chips, slipcase shows seam splits. BIOGRAPHY.
