The prolific self-help, poetry, sexology and New Thought author David Van Bush (1882-1959) and his mysterious co-author W. Waugh identified five human types: Alimentive, Thoracic, Muscular, Osseous and Cerebral. At various points, Bush employed H.P. Lovecraft to revise many of his publications.
